Frontier Free Video lets you make one free video from a title. This page explains what we store about you, why, who helps us, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. Last updated: [DATE].

Who is responsible

[OPERATOR NAME], [ADDRESS] (“we”) runs this site and is the controller of your personal data. For anything about your data, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].

What we store

  • From Whop, when you sign in: your Whop user id, name, username and email address, and whether you already have Frontier. We never see your Whop password.
  • Your video: the title you type, the style you pick, the finished video and its poster image, and records of making it (status, times, what it cost us).
  • To stop abuse: a keyed hash of your IP address (we never store the address itself) and a random device id in a cookie, which we also store only as a keyed hash.
  • Title checks: titles we refused, with the reason, so we can spot misuse.
  • Telegram: only if you start our Telegram bot, your Telegram chat id, so the bot can send you your video.
  • Marketing emails: only if you tick the box (it is never ticked for you), that you agreed and when.
  • Waitlist: only if you join it, your email address.
  • Visits: which of our pages were viewed and where visitors came from (for example a link on X), counted with a random id kept in your browser. It is not linked to other sites and we do not sell it.

Why we use it

  • To make and deliver your video, email you when it is ready, and show it on its share page (to perform our agreement with you, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the offer fair and safe: one free video per Whop account, limits per network and device, the bot check, and refusing titles that break our terms (our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To tell you about Frontier by email, only if you ticked the box (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the link in every email or by writing to us.
  • To understand how the site is used, in totals: how many people visit, make and share videos (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To meet legal obligations, for example answering a valid request from an authority.

Who helps us

These companies process data for us, only to provide their part of the service:

  • Whop — sign-in, the membership check, and payments if you buy Frontier.
  • Supabase — our database and video storage, hosted in the EU (Ireland).
  • Vercel — hosting this website.
  • Anthropic — checking titles and writing the script. It receives your title, not your name or email.
  • The services that make the pictures, voice and video — ai33 (voice), Siray (pictures), WaveSpeed (moving pictures), Google Gemini (checking pictures), and the servers that render the video (Hetzner, RunPod). They receive the script and prompts made from your title, not your name or email.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — the check that you are a person, not a bot.
  • Resend — sending our emails.
  • GetResponse — our marketing emails, only if you tick “Email me Frontier tips and offers”. It receives your name, email, your video’s title, style and links, and your discount code.
  • Telegram — only if you use our Telegram bot.

Some of them are based outside the EU, for example in the United States. Where your data leaves the EU, we rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses. [CONFIRM PER PROVIDER]

How long we keep it

  • Your video, its poster and its share page: deleted 3 days after the video is finished.
  • Your account record (Whop user id, name, username, email) and the record that you made your free video: kept while the free offer runs, so the one-free-video rule can be enforced, then deleted within [PERIOD].
  • IP and device hashes: [PERIOD].
  • Title-check records: [PERIOD].
  • Marketing emails (GetResponse): until you unsubscribe, with the link in every email, or ask us to remove you.
  • Waitlist address: until we have told you a slot is open, or you ask us to remove it.
  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object at any time to uses based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for marketing emails. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

Cookies and storage in your browser

We only use what the site needs to work. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  • Session cookie — keeps you signed in, for up to 14 days.
  • Sign-in cookie — lives for 10 minutes while you sign in with Whop.
  • Device id cookie — a random id that limits free videos per device, kept for one year.
  • Browser storage — your title while you sign in, and the random visit id described above.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — may use its own strictly necessary storage for the bot check.

Children

Frontier Free Video is not meant for children. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] to use it.

Changes

If we change this page, we update the date at the top.
